Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out member transactions at the till accurately and in a professional manner.
• Process payments including cash, credit, and various other forms by following the appropriate protocols for cash management.
• Deliver exceptional customer care by swiftly responding to queries and efficiently resolving issues.
• Make sure the checkout zone is maintained in a clean and organized manner to promote a smooth operation.
• Aid individuals in selecting products by offering suggestions and guidance when requested.
• Contribute to store operations by working closely with team members to fulfill customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience is not mandatory as on-the-job training will be provided.
• Aptitude for thriving in a fast-moving, group-centered retail environment.
• Expertise in fostering positive relationships with customers through quality communication and service.
• Exceptional attention to specifics and skillful in ensuring accurate transaction handling.
• Proficiency in remaining upright for extended periods and moving small goods.
