Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle member transactions effectively at the checkout counter with precision and professionalism.
• Process payments including cash, credit, and various other forms by following the appropriate protocols for cash management.
• Provide excellent customer support by promptly handling inquiries and effectively resolving issues.
• Make sure the checkout zone is maintained in a clean and organized manner to promote a smooth operation.
• Help customers by suggesting suitable products and offering assistance when necessary.
• Contribute to store operations by working closely with team members to fulfill customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience is not mandatory as on-the-job training will be provided.
• Capability to operate effectively in a dynamic, collaborative retail setting.
• Expertise in fostering positive relationships with customers through quality communication and service.
• Keen focus on specifics and proficiency in managing transactions with precision.
• Proficiency in remaining upright for extended periods and moving small goods.
