Clinical Pharmacy Manager

Job Summary:

The duty of the Pharmacy Manager is to oversee and manage all operations within the store pharmacy and other designated departments of the warehouse. This involves acting as the lead Pharmacist, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and participating in the routine tasks of a pharmacist each day. This is a significant full-time leadership role that calls for a commitment of 45+ hours per week.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Regulate all pharmacy activities to meet the standards dictated by federal and state laws.
• Perform the duties of the chief pharmacist and ensure thorough documentation and record-keeping procedures.
• Regulate departmental performance and propel improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and customer service standards.
• Manage and mentor pharmacy workers, delivering support and direction as appropriate.
• Perform dispensing and counseling duties alongside team pharmacists.
• Collaborate with different warehouse divisions to support the achievement of overarching operational goals.
• Ensure that patient safety and confidentiality standards are consistently met at a high level.

Qualifications:

• Pharmacist officially permitted to practice in the employing state.
• - Candidates who have worked in a pharmacy for three years or more are preferred.
• Candidates with previous experience in supervising or managing within a pharmacy setting are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrating powerful leadership, clear communication abilities, and strong organizing skills.
• Capacity to work during weekends and evenings as required, highlighting flexibility.
• Focused on delivering exceptional service to members.
