Key Responsibilities:

• Promptly and accurately process member orders at the register point.
• Carry out tasks related to receiving payments, providing receipts, and ensuring the implementation of correct cash handling procedures.
• Offer exceptional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries and efficiently resolving any issues customers may face.
• Create a clean and structured environment at work and verify the checkout process runs without any issues.
• Support members with product selection and offer recommendations as necessary.
• Collaborate with your team to maintain the store's operational efficiency and meet customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience is not necessary.
• - Capability to excel in a rapid-paced, group-centric setting.
• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal capabilities.
• Demonstrating a strong focus on accuracy when dealing with cash and other transactional tasks with precision.
• Need to have the capability to stand for prolonged periods of time and perform light lifting when necessary.
