Job Summary:

• Process payments including cash, credit, and various other forms by following the appropriate protocols for cash management.
• Ensure top-quality customer care by promptly handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Sustain cleanliness and orderliness in the checkout region to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist members in choosing products by giving recommendations and offering help as necessary.
• Work together with coworkers to ensure smooth store operations and meet customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Experience is not a prerequisite as you will receive on-the-job training.
• Aptitude for thriving in a fast-moving, group-centered retail environment.
• Skilled in maintaining positive interactions and addressing customer needs with professionalism.
• Thorough attention to detail and capability in handling transactions with precision.
• Capacity for extended periods of standing and lifting of light items.
