Advanced Practice Nurse

Job Summary:

The Pharmacy Technician is in charge of accurately and promptly providing prescription medications in a fast-paced pharmacy setting. This position involves ensuring that medications are prepared and distributed in compliance with company guidelines and legal mandates, all while delivering exceptional service to customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Carry out precise and timely dispensation of prescription drugs.
• Collaborate with pharmacists on tasks related to preparing and packaging medications.
• Control and restock pharmacy inventory levels.
• Give exceptional service to members and address medication-related queries within the stipulated boundaries.
• Operate your pharmacy in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations to avoid any legal implications.
• Use automated pharmacy systems and computer software for order fulfillment.
• Support the ongoing operations of a pharmacy that deals with a high volume of medications.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or its similar equivalent is a must.
• The attainment of pharmacy technician certification is a legal prerequisite in accordance with state statutes.
• Previous familiarity with pharmacy operations is preferred.
• Demonstrating a precise eye for detail and impressive organizational expertise.
• Proficient in maintaining high standards of customer service through clear and effective communication strategies.
• Talent for functioning productively in a high-volume and fast-paced work environment.
